Gepard is looking for a talented Content Manager to drive our content strategy across website, blog, case studies, and external media. This is a part-time role (approx. 20h/week) with the opportunity to shape the content voice of an international company and build thought leadership that reaches global audiences.You’ll own Gepard’s content pipeline end-to-end: from planning and research to drafting, editing, publishing, and distribution. Using AI-powered tools, you’ll accelerate research and writing, ensuring that all content is strategic, polished, and SEO-optimized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for website and external media.
  • Write and edit news, case studies, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Create content briefs and landing page drafts for copywriters and designers.
  • Edit and optimize content for SEO, lead generation, and external publications.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure accurate, ROI-driven messaging.
  • Secure placements in external publications and distribute content via newsletters.
  • Track and analyze content performance, iterating based on insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of content management experience (preferably in B2B IT services/products).
  • Proven experience using AI tools for content creation and editing.
  • Strong writing, editorial, and research skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress or similar) and SEO/analytics tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GSC).
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate technical details into business value.
  • SEO literacy and the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Portfolio samples showcasing structured, analytical, enterprise-grade content.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) / Advanced (C1).

  • Confidence in communicating directly with journalists and external media.
  • Experience with compliance/technical topics (e.g., EPREL, AI in PIM, syndication) will be a strong plus.
