Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of current marketing processes, channels, and activities, preparing findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement Action Plans to optimize Inbound and Outbound channels to increase traffic, leads, and pipeline.
- Execute tactical marketing initiatives within the approved marketing strategy.
- Participate in the development of short- and mid-term plans for marketing channels and campaigns, and monitor their execution.
- Coordinate tasks with internal specialists and external contractors (SEO, SMM, Content, Design, Paid Ads, PR) within your scope.
- Ensure performance goals for campaigns and channels (traffic, leads, conversions, CPL, etc.) are met while maintaining alignment with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with other departments (Product, Business development, Customer success, Sales)
- Prepare regular reports on campaign and channel performance.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing activities.
- Monitor the market, competitors, and trends, and propose adjustments to marketing approaches as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of commercial experience in digital marketing with proven results (traffic growth, leads, conversions, pipeline, or revenue).
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns (from idea to measurement).
- Experience coordinating internal specialists and/or external contractors across SMM, SEO, Content, Design, Paid Ads, PR.
- Ability to work with both performance marketing and brand activities, understanding their role in the overall funnel.
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with digital channels: SEO, Paid Ads, SMM, Email, Affiliate, Content Marketing, PR.
- Confident in analytics: Google Analytics / GA4, advertising platforms, dashboards, basic BI reports; understanding metrics such as CPL, CAC, LTV, ROI, Conversion Rate.
- Experience integrating marketing activities with Product, Business development, Customer success, Sales initiatives.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
