Middle Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Middle Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation for our product offerings (AI agents and SaaS). This role owns the full sales development cycle, from lead creation through SQL delivery, and works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Events. The SDR will also support pre-sales activities, including qualification and participation in sales calls when needed.This is a results-driven role with direct impact on revenue and clear performance-based upside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full outbound sales development process for product-led offerings
  • Independently research, create, and manage lead lists (lead researcher support available if needed)
  • Execute outbound campaigns using Reply.io as the core outreach tool
  • Run ABM- and GTM-driven outreach across email, LinkedIn, and event-related campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book SQLs for the Sales team
  • Participate in sales calls when required to support qualification and deal progression
  • Ensure all leads, activities, and sales interactions are fully tracked in HubSpot
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Events teams to drive pipeline impact
  • Support pre-event and post-event outreach and follow-ups
  • Maintain strong knowledge of product positioning and customer value

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of outbound B2B sales development experience
  • Proven ability to self-source leads and drive outbound pipeline
  • Strong understanding of GTM and ABM strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Reply.io or Clay as a primary outbound tool
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot as the single CRM and system of record
  • Experience supporting events and event-driven lead generation
  • Comfortable engaging in pre-sales qualification and joining sales calls
  • Excellent written and spoken English (business-level or higher)
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and accountable
