- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results
- Practical experience in link building and off-page SEO execution
- Ability to demonstrate real SEO cases (rankings, traffic growth, lead impact)
- Proven track record of:
- Growing organic traffic

- Contributing to lead generation
- Ownership mindset: ability to drive outcomes independently, not just execute tasks
- Understanding of how AI-generated content affects SEO performance (quality, indexing, authority, risk)
- SEO experience in IT, SaaS, eCommerce, or service businesses
- Experience with international SEO
- Understanding of technical services marketing (not content blogs)
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop SEO as a business growth channel
- Optimize service pages and commercial landing pages (on-site, structure, internal linking, structured data)
- Guide SEO optimization for blog content, service pages, and case studies with commercial and solution-driven intent
- Plan and execute link-building activities with focus on quality and authority
- Monitor and resolve technical and indexing issues via Google Search Console
- Work with SEO tools and analytics to track rankings, organic traffic, and lead-related metrics
- Continuously analyze performance and adjust SEO actions based on business impact
- Growth of relevant organic traffic
- Ranking improvements for key service pages
- Increase in qualified leads influenced by SEO
