Gepard is looking for a proactive Middle SMM & Community Manager to lead our social media and community presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium, Reddit, Quora, and potentially YouTube. This is a part-time role (approx. 20h/week) with full ownership of strategy and execution. We’re looking for someone who can deliver business-oriented results—pipeline, brand awareness, thought leadership—not just likes or vanity metrics.You’ll shape and execute Gepard’s social media and community strategy from end to end: building impactful content plans, engaging in meaningful discussions, running lead-gen campaigns, and experimenting with new formats. This role requires a self-starter who speaks the B2B SaaS language, brings fresh ideas, and has the confidence to try new things.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution across all social media channels, with LinkedIn as the core business-first platform.
  • Develop content plans aligned with business, marketing, and product goals (not just creative output).
  • Generate and implement initiatives to drive engagement, discussions, and conversions (e.g., lead-gen campaigns, webinars, thought-leadership series).
  • Measure, analyze, and report on real impact: engagement quality, community growth, MQLs—not just reach or likes.
  • Conduct social listening and track community sentiment, iterating quickly based on insights.
  • Identify and launch new initiatives (e.g., YouTube shorts, AMA sessions) directly tied to business results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Content, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and amplify reach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning B2B social media pages, especially LinkedIn business strategy.
  • 2–3+ years of SMM/community management in B2B SaaS or IT contexts.
  • Experience with niche platforms (Medium, Reddit, Quora) is a strong plus, especially for sparking thoughtful conversations.
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to measure, interpret analytics, and optimize campaigns.
  • Creativity that serves strategy: you don’t wait for briefs—you propose them.
  • Strong written English (B2+ or higher) with the ability to turn complex concepts into engaging, insight-driven posts.
