- Lead strategy and execution across SMM channels, particularly across multiple LinkedIn Profiles (CEOs, Corporate Strategy from A to Z, Services, and Product pages) as a core business-first channel.
- Commit to the result-oriented complex company strategy from A to Z Content plans that align with business, marketing, and product goals, not just creative output.
- Generate and implement ideas to drive engagement, discussions, and conversions: e.g., lead-gen campaigns and thought leadership series.
- Measure, analyze, and report on the real impact — engagement quality, community growth, MQLs, not just reach or likes.
- Conduct social listening and community sentiment tracking; iterate fast based on insights.
- Identify and launch initiatives (e.g., video shorts, AMA events) that tie directly to business results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to align messaging and amplify impact.
- Proven track record in owning B2B social media pages, especially LinkedIn business strategy.
- 3+ years of SMM/community management in B2B SaaS or IT contexts.
- Experience with niche platforms (Medium, Reddit, LinkedIn Communities) is a plus, especially for generating thoughtful conversations.
